Jessica graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with a degree in Culinary Nutrition and completed her Dietetic Internship and Masters of Science in Nutrition at California State University Long Beach. An avid hiker, Jessica is preparing for a 211-mile hike this summer on the John Muir Trail.
